30 g mate

900 ml water

10 minutes


=== syrup

50 ml lemon juice

5 ml ginger juice

100 g sugar


=== mate carbonate

dilute mate conz to 1200ml with ice, let it chill

degas

run through siphon


=== final

mix in syrup 10-12 g per 100 ml of mate carbonate

serve chilled
